We offer free US shipping on all orders insured through USPS and UPS, with an average delivery time from 4 to 7 business days. Orders typically ship within 1-2 days of receiving credit card authorization. If we're temporarily out of stock, we will notify you. We also ship worldwide.

We want you to be completely
satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept unworn new jewelry items for exchange, refund or merchandise credit within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.

While viewing the shopping bag, mention Send as Gift in the Order Note box to gift package. Most jewelry items arrive in a free signature Golds Real jewelry box and pouch.
On the return form enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).
You may cancel your jewelry order within 12 hours of purchase time on the website or by contacting us.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. All returns must be unaltered, unworn and in sale-able condition. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags. Please note used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. We may reject returns that do not meet the specified requirements and to apply deductions to the refund amount.
Customer shipments to New York State will be charged the applicable state sales tax on the merchandise and total. We collect and remit sales and use tax on behalf of our customers in the states in which we have a physical presence.

Because the safe return of your package is as important to us as it is to you, please insure your package for the full value listed on the invoice. Ship your package and request a return receipt, which will assure you that your package has arrived to us.
